Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Ekle iOS game ("the app") handles information. Short version: there is no account, game data stays on your device, and we run no server. The only third party involved is Google, which serves optional rewarded ads through AdMob.
1. Data we do not collect
Semih Silistre ("we") does not collect personal data such as your name or email. We operate no user accounts, no leaderboard and no analytics of our own.
2. Data stored on your device
Scores, bests, streaks, settings (sound, haptics, theme) and your saved game are stored on your device, in the app's local storage. We cannot see them. They are removed when you delete the app or use the reset option in Settings.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows only optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch one to break locks, get a hint or earn a token. The Daily Board never shows ads, and the app shows no interstitial or banner ads.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested or shown, Google may collect and process, as an independent controller and under its own policies:
- device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, the IDFA is not available;
- IP address and coarse location derived from it;
- ad interaction data (ad requests, impressions, whether a reward was earned);
- diagnostics and performance data.
Google uses this for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention and security. We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you. For details see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, Google Privacy Policy and AdMob and Firebase data disclosure.
4. Consent (Google UMP)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form on first launch, in line with the GDPR and ePrivacy rules. You choose whether ads may use personalized data. You can review or change your choice at any time from the app's privacy options, and change the tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and personalized ads are not shown to users known to be children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us at the address below.
6. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
Under the EU/UK GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) you have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in Turkey, the KVKK Board). Because we do not hold your personal data, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve or delete; for data processed by Google through ads, exercise these rights with Google through its privacy tools or via the consent form in the app.
7. Retention
Local game data stays on your device until you reset it or delete the app. Retention of ad-related data by Google is governed by Google's policies. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
8. Security and transfers
Data processed by Google may be transferred and processed in countries other than yours, under Google's safeguards. We do not transfer personal data ourselves.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing where required.
